This small church is located in Via Filetteria, in the ancient Byzantine quarter of the city of Spoleto. It was built using Roman material and was consecrated in 1174. Inside there is a rich palimpsest of frescoes; one of the most important is the Martyrdom of Thomas Becket from Canterbury, datable to the first quarter of the thirteenth century.
Taking part in the guided tour you can read in detail all the frescoes that make up the interior decoration of the church.

For those who do not have the Spoleto Card there is a € 5.00 fee to participate in the guided tours, upon purchase of the entrance ticket to the museum.
